We bought our first house with Janie's help.  She is a fantastic realtor, she showed us properties that were exactly in line with what we were looking for and could afford after only one meeting.  

She was always on time and easy to get in touch with.  In the middle of buying our house we had to go out of town and she took care of everything for us while we were gone. Since this was our first house she was very patient and explained everything.  

I really felt that she was looking out for us and that she cared more about us being happy then just making money.  I can only hope that we can find a realtor this awesome once we leave Austin!
